Its sleek “swede” form gives the 3G Ace the speed of a performance ski but she's much more maneuverable, more stable in chop, great for exploring the coast and linking waves downwind. Gunwales are low making remounts a snap and integrated carry handles make off the water easy too. Perfectly fit for larger paddlers, or those coming from sea kayaks, or just anyone seeking stable speed on rough water - stability before ability! I'm selling with regret because I love this little boat, but moving to Tassie I need something I can tour in. So ... the time has come. This is the Performance layup. 15 kg, 550cm long, 56cm wide, fiberglass with carbon and kevlar wrapping a Lantor core and finished in sunny polyurethane. She's a bright, tough and durable ski in great condition after just a year's use and selling for $1K less than new.
